Does anyone maintenance these? Is it possible for anyone non-Thyssen to maintenance?
We have an inquiry for a customer that's looking for different options. What tool would be best to access? Liftware?

TKE will sell IMS to customer. Make sure they ask for Machine Room Monitor version, not Owners IMS. If it has the LCD display with four buttons mounted on CPU ,called the UIT, this serves as alternative to IMS. While it is possible to do a lot with this display, it is not very user friendly. You cannot take care of these without IMS or at minimum UIT displays.
