Kone kcm 831 fault 169

The car try’s to run on inspection and then throws this fault. It’s Not in my manual. Any ideas thanks

Cartop battery needs to be replaced. Car should run in any mode and take itself out of hall call service if that's your only problem

You can set parameter 5-14 to 22 then cycle power. This will override the battery supervision for 22 hours and the car should run on automatic
