Got a 7-stop TAC20 LON job where hall calls are starting to act up. Sometimes a call won’t latch or may have to press hall button several times to finally latch a call. Any ideas?

Are you sure it’s not the button Tk buttons go bad or the backs can pop off of them.

Make sure LON-Bus cable is properly grounded only in the machine room side. Also check the termination resistor at the end of the bus.
