Smartrise "Redun. LRM" ERROR - 01/28/22 02:57 AM
I am getting "Redun. LRM" error in a Smartrise C4 controller. Does anyone know how to fix that?
Checked the C4 manual but couldn't find it there, See the quality of their board in their own manual picture:

If the RDC jumper is on the MR SRU, the board is bad and needs to be replaced.

This is probably one of the most annoying things about smartrise. They act like parameters and fault codes and certain info is a secret. So many times I've gotten a fault and look it up and it's not in the book. If you need a parameter changed you pretty much are going to have to call them. The unintended motion test procedure in their manual wasn't right, I had to figure out where they'd put steps backwards and make notes in the book, they'd messed up the order of holding a contactor and putting on a jumper.

LRM is the "Lock Rear Middle" input which is the input for all mid-floor locks of the rear door. Those high-voltage inputs tend to fail a lot and you have to change the board
