HHT Tool Wont LOGON. HELP? - 02/28/22 04:04 AM
Good Morning Vators!
Ive got a funny one. Had a new account added to my route. Newest MPH-2 ive ever seen. In a 321A Box, 321A Tank, 321A Cab, but MPH2 Control & MPH2 Fixtures... Ran fine for a while and recently began to blow the main line circut breaker. Ended up removing the old Wye-Delta starter and installing a Siemens Soft Starter. Blowing the breaker stopped but began getting stuck (not every time) stopping before a floor in high speed. Would eventually come down on low oil. Cleaned all the reflectors, and decided I would plug my laptop with my HHT tool in. After entering the GO# as usual I do not have access, as if someone has changed it in the software. Not sure how, or stole EPROMS from another job and switched the stickers... Any ideas?
Still have the elevator down. Would like to troubleshoot with HHT to see active I/Os and status updates.
