Waupaca AC Drive settings - 08/25/22 07:48 PM

I've got customer who purchased a Waupaca elevator about 14 years ago and had them install it in his home. The brake resistor was screwed into a couple of pieces of plastic, due to years of heat the plastic gave way. the resistor fell on the drive and burnt up the drive due to the heat.
Does anyone have a list of the drive parameter settings from that era? We are not a distributer of Valley Elevator so we can't get them from them.

The unit is a 230V single phase input to a 208V three phase output for a 3HP motor.

It uses Logic Inputs L11, L12, L13, as well as internal relays R1 and R2, and Analog current inputs +10, A11 and COM.

The drive is a Telemecanique Altivar ATV31HU22M2 (AKA Schneider Electric)

Thanks

Telemecanique can probably help you set up the drive. They are pretty basic. Acc rate, dec rate, coast to stop or ramp to stop, max hz, etc.
