Tac32 annuciator

We’re installing ce electronic annuciators on a dozen tac32 I was told we had to order a specific board thy02-x which we did looks similar to a smart rise set up. I can’t figure out where data would come from in the controller is there somewhere already set for it or do I have to add an actual I/o in the controller through ims?
