Went from a HD-98 to a LD-16 with serial face board in cop..cannot get the operator talking to the controller..I've changed D12 from 1 to 8 and so forth with no luck

You probably need to update the controller software.

I'll see if I can go compare software on a previous tac20 door mod already done
