0225 brake fault on lcb II

Hello friends,
We get 0225 brake fault 1-2 times in a day. Replaced relaise but it didn't work. What do you suggest? Thanks.

Otis, LCB II, OVF10, 160VAT machine

Check the parameter EN-BCD. Most probably it is set to 1. Set it to O.

Please advise if this resolves the issue.

the fault was "U" contactor. After replacing problem has been solved. Thank you Neville.
