Magnetek -WTF is going on with them?

The last couple years the tech support at Magnetek has been getting pretty bad, call backs are getting very infrequent to nonexistent. If they didn't call you back the same day, your call just got deleted. You basically had to hope someone picked up. Well, they have changed now that mechanics can no longer call them direct, you have to go thru the OEM controller manufacture. Called the OEM, spent time reading along the manual with them like I didn't/couldn't try that on my own. Let's get Magnetek involved. Great. Hold for 10 min., great we have them all set up. What?
They are available tmrw afternoon. You mean 29 hours from now? Yeap. SMH

MCE is the same. If you don't get a call back from tech support the day you called in you get dropped off their queue. You'll need to call back in the morning the follow day to get back on their call back list.

Everybody is short handed and not so sure its going to get better. Every trade and field is short on labor and over booked.
