Smartrise binary parameters - 10/10/23 02:27 PM

Is there anyone who has a list of binary parameters for the V2 and C4 Smartrise controllers? I hate that everything is hidden and I have to wait on them every time I need to check them.

I saw a post on this forum from a guy who introduced himself as Jason and said he covers the Western US for Smartrise. He also shared his number: 214-629-6842. You might want to reach out to him; he may be able to assist.
It's very disappointing that we can't find the parameters in the manual and instead have to rely on someone who might know someone who might be able to help.. a complete goat-F#@!

Hello, I have a copy of the V2 binary parameter list. I will see if I have the C4 but I'm not sure. Send me your email if you still need it.

Fehlerteufel, I think your missing it. We have the kiddy version. We all want the full and complete version thar their tech support folks have.

I have far more thorough and complete documentation on the big 4's proprietary equipment that were not supposed to have at all.

Looking at the trends related to the number of employees (taken from LinkedIn member current employer data) has changed in the last 12 months may explain why getting technical support is more challenging than it used to be. See the attachment.

I will say, do to out sales folks ordering all kinds of stuff wrong on an install I've had to call smartrise to get software changed then a different part changed out, they were actually pretty responsive and got back with me pretty quickly.

That said, Jason, yall know us elevator mechanics want the full and complete parameter lists for your controllers. Help us help you. Give us the information to do our jobs and as a result alot of calls tying up your tech support would go away.
