Is the Programmer available from any sources? the manual shows the IDEC FA2. We have a 5 stop, that will lose its position. Goes on the final top limit, if you lower it down to any intermediate floor, it is off by a floor. Meaning, if you press the hall button below it, it opens the door, or if you press the hall button where the car is at, it goes to the floor above. Lower it to the terminal landing, and it will run a few hours. It gets a lot of use, so I would assume about, 30 runs.

Any suggestions?

Logic master hydro counts by the hoistway switches.i would start there.

Where are you located Solidstate?? I have two of the programmers

Also, do you know which software is on the controller?
