Kone Issue

Having an issue performing the commissioning of a KCM831 with a V3f25 Drive and a MX20 machine. The Resolver Angle portion of the commissioning process isn’t working, Have swapped U,V, W inputs with no change. TPOL and RPOL appear to be functioning correctly. Motor won't turn one complete revolution before shutting down. Looking for any assistance with this.

reset all your drive parameters, 6-98-1

Start giving all information and then save 6-99-1

after power down check the parameters saved and continue to auto tuning.

Having an issue how to unlock the parameter Kone CpU

What is the CPU version?

If it just shows you menu 5 and 7 it is locked.

You need a UIO or KNX (depends on CPU version) to unlock the parameters.
