Thyssen HD-LM door operator. Faults.

I have a serial comms loss fault on the operator and an encoder error, encoder was replaced to try to resolve the issue to no avail.
I cannot find much info on this operator either, checked the user's manual from vertical express but it only listed the fault code with no other info.
