Otis Gen2 independant service problem

Hello guys, get a minor annoyance here...
So this unit, a Gen2 mrl works as it's supposed on independent. EXCEPT when at the lobby. If you activate it while at the lobby the doors will close right away and the elevator wont take calls unless you do an (inspection) access reset and if you get to lobby while on independent it will simply not open it's doors. The door open button will still work so people are not getting stuck, but the janitor keeps getting the car stuck when he is coming in to clean the car in the morning.

ah forgot to tell apart from the status of the elevator changing to NAV no errors get logged. And after resetting with access the door will jig a bit and the nudging buzzer will sound for about 5 sec. before the car takes off. I've checked visually the traveling in the bend at the lobby, nothing amiss.

If the OCSS status is going to NAV there should be a fault logged to go off of.
