Otis NE 300 Gama D technical Support - 10/31/12 11:58 AM

I have a Otis Lift with NE 300 Gamma D controller, the problem we are facing is that the lift lands at the top most floor, the door opens and then it doesn't close, once we off and on the lift it runs normally for hours and then again it stops at the top floor and we will have to reset it.

We looked into all the possibilities like changing the leveling inductor, changing the travelling cable etc...

Any one please look into it and give me reply
