San Antonio (Local 81) layoff.

Does anyone know what's going on with local 81 market? It seems like 2 guys get off the bench and 3 more get put back on it. I've been sitting tight at rank #1 for several months now with no sign of ever coming on board. It's frustrating.

Did you ever find out what is going on in local 81? I'm ranked 27 and just wondering what number they're at.
