Hello,
Does anyone know the right keys to use for 1988 Otis lrv4 car?
Would like to have them on hand. There are 2 types, round barrel and regular spade type.

Never seen the barrel type but uta through uth would be the spade type

Otis (unitec) does not track the fixtures of different equipment using the job sales number, so you won't be able to "ask the factory".
Beaupeep is right that UT- series keys should be your bladed keys. For the barrel, you're best bet is looking on the back of the cylinder, provided you or a qualified person is able to do this, or else having a ring to try. If you can say what "feature" the barrel key is being used for it may help narrow it down, or have a picture of the front/back. EPCO would be my bet. If the Fireman's service keys are the barrel, try an FEO-K1
