gate way board red led config turned on for schindler lobby vision, any ideas, it is hooked up through a rs485 line to a pc and im reading loss of com errors

it could be the power supply feeding the com bus. it only takes a couple volt dip to have that stuff act funny.

reading 24.99 dcv at gateway board,rung out 485 line it is good,changed gateway board and properly addressed it,there is a board in the pc ihave not change yet but working with engineers on it right now will let everyone know what the problem when we solve it.
