Out of area apprentices local 8

Does anyone know if apprentice gets called up for a non local area such as fresno, reno Oregon etc , or can wr volunteer if that gets us called faster?

reno is considered local 8, its norcal/reno and no you would have to apply for that listing/area, like how reno just closed their listing, im from the bay and went out to reno for this very same reason, jim told me i applied for reno and thats where they are going to put me first, however after a year i can transfer back to the bay just got to tough it out and move out there for a year then put my transfer in to come back out to the bay.

Its a different application entirely? Do you get perdiem pay or naw
