Been fighting this for a while. Replaced motor and governor encoders and made adjustments to cpf, rpm, rev and trk with either no difference or negative effects. Tried to monitor vel while running but thats really hard to do when you have to wait for it to shut down with that fault. Has a slight vibration leaving the top floor but rails are not tight. Intermittent problem shuts unit down once every couple of days. Any insight would be GREATLY apprecited.

Have you cleaned the governor optics and bar code reader? The optic reader and bar code are inside the governor mounted to the circumference of the sheave. This compares the speed reference with the encoder.

Yep. Done all of that. We did test for and find rope slippage of about 9" and will try a little rope lube to swell the ropes. Also will check balanced load but still kinda stuck.
