Any ideas. Will not run down without faulting and had to put 500lbs on car to prevent free wheeling when brake is picked. Capacitors are only couple of months old and already changed current regulator brd. Could it be a bad capacitor?

The drive should not release BK until it verifies that the DC bus is up to the proper voltage. Is it getting up to where it needs to be and then rolling back after the brake picks?
