IF the Inspector wants to see /feel the car slow down via ETS, then the tech would need to
1. Remove the top floor typical slowdown apparatus (the KHU and KSEU vanes at the top floor);
2. Place the car one floor below the top landing...on NORMAL operation;
3. Enter a call for the top landing.
The car would slowdown when the ETS vane is detected, and it should stop upon contacting
the floor target (KLU /KLD). Note however, the controller error(s) that are generated thereafter
will likely be FATL (ie. error #'s 109, 111, 116, 117, or 122).
