The temp falls below a set number viscosity kicks on to heat it up. disabling this feature could lead to leveling issue and now a safety hazard. Someone trips, hurts them selves, and get a law suit started. No you are sitting on the stand explaining the reason you disabled a feature is cause someone don't like noises. So I suggest you get the building manager to sign off on this decision before you do it.
Or is the problem is viscosity runs constantly and does not kick off? cause then you might have a issue you need to take care of.
