hey all, I'm having an intermittent issue with the controller. It will register a call and all demands to go. However my starter will not pick. The dummy light is on the controller with voltage. If I manually push in the pilot relay the starter will engage and stay energized on its own.

Sounds like a back NC aux contact somewhere in the circuit.

this only happens when multiple or all calls are latched. also does anyone know where to obtain parts for this controller?
