Glad you figured it out. I guess somebody took the Dover job folder/binder , because it has the PMI schedule and locations for all modules(even those not listed on the print). The PMI wiring chart glued to the inside of the controller door doesn't tell you the locations, but if you use the car or hall calls on the chart and the locations of those modules from the print you can figure out the pattern and find any module on any PMI card that way. Its been a couple of years since I worked on a T4, so I would to look at it myself to remember the numbering.
