Replaced V3F16L for a KDL, elevator works fine, but the card readers arent. I would like to know from where in LCE can i find the settings for card reader?

In menu 1 45 you can turn the security on or off.
After changing a drive you did some changes in menu 6 - it doesn't effect other settings

yes, 1_45 0= off 1= car calls 2= hall calls 3= both. But thats only if you're using option boards, more than likely you are. Also, make sure all the security contacts are N/C
