Is anyone aware of what components burn up on the logic board on a 72g class soft starter? Possibly a relay ? And a cap takes out the LCD screen ?

So these components are filled in with some factory silicon or some type of gel. What needs to be used to get at the bad components ? Hot air? Heat gun ?
