Does the car get taken out of service? Is it just throwing a fault? What is the issue it's creating? Tripping hazards? More info could help better resolve your question.

Why is it re-leveling?
Did you put a gage on the valve, open the disconnect and close the line between the valve and jack?

Make good choices,

Turn on US Reset. What's the distance between the centers of LU and LD LZD as compared to your reflectors? Make sure the car doesn't move up on cold oil bypass. Also, the LED on all LZD's should be at 12:00 or 6:00.

It made it today warming the oil and didn't move.I'll go over all the sensor distances tommorow, curious how long it takes to shut down.Is the US reset in the HHT? Thanks for the help everyone.

i have had this problem with a couple of different cures. one is as e-man says, make sure the sensors are aligned correctly, if not the can intermittently turn on and off which causes the relevel fault. i have aligned a cleaned the sensors and move them away from each other as far as possible to still keep floor level. the other times i have had this i had to replace the lu and ld sensors to eliminate this, this is what i did the last time i had this problem, kept coming in about 1-2 times a week. replaced the sensors and no further trouble. Curious as to what US reset is also, worked on a bunch of these, been through the manuals plenty of times, and never saw anything mentioning US reset.

Most important is the sensors and connections on the FCB and/or HVM and your reflectors set properly. I've heard guys say make sure US reset is turned on, I guess it's in the HHT. Seems like I remember that maybe other codes in the world require a car to shutdown from fewer re-levels than in the US.
