I am looking for a little help. Three stop DMC. Issue / Car is at lowest landing. Press up hall call doors open place a car call, car goes up about three inches and re-level's back down to landing. Then it will not take another call. Did a re-sink of the telescopic pistons and checked all piston sensors. They all seem to work. Ran car on inspection top to bottom it cleared the issue for a while. Same issue came back in two days. Unfortunately we do not have a World tool to look at the faults. Any Ideas?

if you have 2 pistons the sensors need to hit at the same time. try to salve up the pistons with with an additive that you can get from TK or Texacone. one piston may be tighter than the other and when you start it can lag and not hit the sensors at the same time. also when you do a re-sink make sure the pistons are landing evenly.

This could be a number of things without a tool and pulling the faults you are gonna be running in circles. I don't understand how a company will take a unit under a service contract and don't have a tool. You need to adjust a limit, change a door board, adjust leveling, and so on how are you gonna be able perform the necessary scans. Pull the battery off the CLC and then the real fun begins.
