Senior citizen home has a 2 stop hydro. A resident was presumed missing for 2 hrs.until someone inadvertanly pressed hall call and there she was. Looked at options in my book, OCCS parameter "simplex" allows parking, but customer wants lobby parking with door held open, saw no options for this situation. Only with card readers, I saw door open option. Is this an option on a 211 without card reader?

i also looked through the manual, seems like it would be an option somewhere, but i could not find any. maybe you could enable card reader operation, then turn on the card reader functions with the i/o's and just leave them on. then set the appropriate parameter to keep door open. just a thought

OCCS parameter SAR-DR 0=Park withboth doors closed,1=Park with front door open,2=Park with rear door open,3=Park with both doors open. This is assuming it's a 211.

It is a 211. I did set the parameter to 1, but it didnt do the job,my book says this option is only available if you have card readers. Customer isn't too concerned, they said next time staff will check elevator if someone is missing. Thanks for the help

If you turn on card reader option the CR's could be jumped high. Would that do it?
