found rear door board apparently bad. Did some tests, not familiar with the processor on board diagnostics, confirmed rear operator board failure. but have registered a fault in the process.. Seems like a trip of the lock or so will fault out the cpu, how do i reset this?

HELP

You may not be getting a close limit signal from the bad rear door board. the controller will throw a 21 error and won't reset until it see's the CL from the board. You need to install a new board and do a learn sequence. Or the door board goes through a self check on power up. if the self check fails it will throw an error and the car won't run. Either way you need to replace the door board, and do a learn.

John - The car was running on arrival with the bad door operator. probably when I manually tried to operate the doors I got the 21 fault.

I also got a F 45 i believe.
? will this system trip when the lock is picked in flight?
How do I clear the faults and reset the cpu?

A 45 error is, SS info lost, aux door close contacts open. You can reset the fault log from the UI menu. E is the log menu, sub menu 1 is the history, use up-dn buttons to scroll history. sub menu 2 will clear history, scroll from 0 to 1 hit select, this will clear history. You really have to have your super get you some manuals. This is a fairly complicated Unit. Good Luck

The 45 Fault is a bad contact ON the door board itself. To get rid of it you need to get new door board,or take the load off of them by adding an AUX relay in door OP to reproduce that output.The old style board has all small relays on them, and the new style has 1 bigger relay on it.
