halfpick enthusiast Joined: Dec 2009 Posts: 237 California	Unico 1100 Ac Drive. When car just starts a run and only in the down direction I drop the fault contact on the drive. Gives me a low power supply error? Only in the down direction? Anyone seen this before. Getting 58,24,94 errors on the wizard.

jkh 4 Ever Learning. Joined: Jan 2012 Posts: 885	58 is an auto reset 3 or more in an hour 94 is your EMSD 24 is where is suspect is the root of your trouble. Your demand and reference velocity are to far apart. You may want to focus on the encoder... Make good choices, JKH

jkh 4 Ever Learning. Joined: Jan 2012 Posts: 885	The "ready contact from the drive" that you are referring to? Is it the contact wired from GV to LCS in the drive? If it is, this contact opens when the drive sees the motor RPMs over speeding. Make good choices, JKH

halfpick enthusiast Joined: Dec 2009 Posts: 237 California	It was a low power supply on +15v. Miltronics supported the repair on the Drive. I did talk to Unico tech support and both were very helpful!
