Rotary Valve Model P126V

Got a call on a freight that won't level right. Adjusting valves for a long time but can't get this one to slowdown right and when release the manual lowering valve it acts like it is stuck (strainer clogged, whatever, but manual lowering should bypass this)?

Who do you call for Tech Support on these valves? Going to change down coil also.

This valve has been obsolete for quite a while now so I don't think there is any thing for tech support and there is limited part availability for these as well. www.lindenelevator.com might be able to help, but I highly recommend replacing it altogether. TKE makes a I2 conversion kit for some of these old P series valves, other wise replacing the whole pumping unit is probably the best option given how old the rest of the pumping unit probably is.

Need more info. Is it just down direction, what is the problem with slowdown (to abrupt, not at all). I agree with ABE, but try cleaning screens and a lot of times over the years people tend to adjust to compensate and that changes how the valve reacts. After making sure screens are clear try setting up from scratch, if any adjustment does not do right you might as well change valve out.
