Anyone heard of this brand. Unit installed by T.L Shields in Southern California?

Is Stellar Vator actually a model sticker in or on the controller? Now the stuff T.L. puts in is for the most part OK but the installs can be messy, but to think that any budget controller would be called Stellar is a mystery to me.
