Hello guys, i have a problem with LWD device in a Kone elevator. The problem is that when i try to adjust the value of weight its shows a value 124, when i try to adjustment the value doesnt change. I have checked tha cabld of LWD and it is ok. Where the problem may be, and have anyone of you know this kind of problem

Make sure the shipping cover was removed after it was installed.

How are you trying to adjust it? What type of kone system is it?

it is kone monospace and i try to adjust in the parameter 5 1 moving the OFFSET

The monospace uses a sensor under the car that is set to a certain gap between the sensor and a piece of steel mounted to the isolation platform for a zero reference. You have what sounds like an ecospace. It probably has a small board mounted inside of the controller. If the jumpers are in the wrong configuration you will not be able to set the loadweigher. If the cpu is seeing 124% load then you're not going to be able to run on automatic, it thinks it's overloaded. BTW 5-1 is a read-only parameter.

The strain gauge is mounted on the dead-end hitch in the top of the hoistway.

the strain gauge is that mounted in the rope fixing.
in the menu 5-1 just i read the value to try to adjust with offset thats in the map controller.
Please can you tell me about the small board iside the controller where is it and which jumpers i should check.

You'll be replacing the strain gauge in the end. If it's not the board it's the strain gauge
