I have an icon controller that has been dormant for about a year. Now my builder wants to finish his project and today I kept getting a 1028 fault and it would go into service 38 selector. The book is telling me it is seeing it is level but out of door zone. Any Ideas?

Is this a Thyssen Icon Hydro? What floor is it on when you get the fault or does it fault on all floors?

Yes it is a TK and it gets it at all the floors and shuts down. Every once in a while when I reset it, it gives me service 48 which is the viscosity shut down service code. Then I will reset it again and back to service 38.
