Tac 20, Siemens soft start has LCD screen blank.
Have safety string, car floor level in basement, no voltage at terminal 1 and 3 on Siemens terminal strip. Fault contactor bad?
No fast tool at moment.
Any suggestions?

Yes, it looks like that. But if I don't have 110 vac at terminal 1 & 3 on starter problem before it gets to starter?

Check for 120Vac on terminals 1 and 3 on the starter after powering up or a reset. A tac20 will power it up after about 20 or so seconds. Then some faults will cause to tac20 to remove the power due to the certain fault. Also check to see if terminals 5 and 6 are shorted on starter. That is UTS (up to speed). That will cause the controller to fault out and remove the 120Vac also. I have repaired them in the field many times.
