PhaseLoss Error - up to 9 occurences, just a warning.

Loss of Phase Monitor Input in Safety Circuit. The Status Lift screen will display "UNV" while the input is OFF. The display will return to "N" sometime after the input is restored. How long it takes to go back to Normal operation depends on the number of occurrences. Short - from 10 to 14 occurences, car is taken out of service for a short period.

Long - after 15 occurences, car is taken out of service for a long period.

Elevator sank down onto springs, low pressure switch activated, jumped out. Still 106 fault.
So, open safety circuit? Or more.....?

For 106, is SKD1 on? 106 could be a loss of a 3 phase (single phasing or low voltage). It may also be a loss of 115vac crip input for your safety string.

Now I'm guessing that if 106 shut down your unit down the car wouldn't be able to relevel. I suggest turning the unit off, putting gauges on and shut the oil supply line. See if the car drops down or if you lost pressure in the valve.
