6 Stop Amtech, RICO relay (Comm Instruments Relays), We have pulled the 3C, 3U, and 4U relays as leaving these relays in, in whole or in part, when picked, do not drop out the CA relay when at the associated floor. Have replaced stepper board, diode boards, and variety of relays to no avail. Any suggestions? Right now, system operating without aforementioned relays.

so any of the mentioned calls do not cancel when at that floor? if the calls don't cancel, they will not drop out ca. , if they are not cancelling, make sure the 500 ohm resistor in the call circuit is good, if it is open, call will not cancel. if it is good, then make sure the wiring is correct, the right side of resistor on print goes to ground thru the nc p relay contact. if all the other floors work ok, then we know that the p nc contact is good, double check the wiring in that circuit those little wires may have separated in that circuit also some of the old reliable controllers had tiny little push buttons on the panel for the calls, they notoriously stuck in something to check as well
