Keep getting an intermittent 97 ETSL fault. It will go days without doing it and 9 times out of 10 the building guy has recycled the power and it's running on arrival. We have ruled out the sensors, all terminal connections, traveling cable wire

How old is the unit? Does it have tape guides? I would suspect the CIO and/or CRIP.

Magnet or optical sensors? If its magnets try changing the reed switch, optical you need to change the black ets switch, usually only one goes bad but difficult to tellwhich when intermittent.

Changed optical sensors and problem seems to be gone, we shall see.
