Had water damage on a door board. Got new board from thysen. Hd-04 operator has 3 ph door motor that running the wrong direction now. I tried reversing 2 leads in all combinations. Door just shakes back, and forth, and faults out. Is there a phase monitor on this operator? How do you change motor rotation on this. There is a encoder attached to the motor. Any help is appreciated.

Software.....Do you have IMS? There is an apadter needed to hyperlink directly to the door board as another, more preferred, option. If you don't have either of these, get one of your Thyssenkrupp friends to give you a hand. Takes around 5 minutes if all goes well to drop the software on and rescan.

You can change LHO with IMS but if you swap two motor leads you need to swap the encoder. That should work too. This is the same board used on all but the oldest TAC20s.
