I have a 1999, 4 stop front dmc-1 that shuts down every couple of days. Connect the World service tool and Run circuit fault is the cause. I have changed all the relays in the XI3 Run circuit, CLC board, I/O Expansion Board and the Relay board. I also checked the wiring from the swing terminal strip to the CLC and the wiring from the Relay board to the controller terminal strip. I added another traveling cable wire and the P24 is 24.6 VDC

Is "Run circuit fault" all that the World tool gives you? Do you know what the actual Dover fault code is? I don't see any that match that description. Is that what they call Low Oil?

Call World and ask them where they get that fault info from? No Run Fault listed in a DMC Book.

The Dover CLC fault is 057 Canadian B44 Code-Run Circuit Fault (Critcal)

I also have as a possible cause:
"Run Circuit (XO6) was sent low but IN remained high.
Defective wiring in inspection circuit
Defective CLC"

I've never seen this fault though, I can't even find a print with these I/Os used in this way. Do you have the correct print? I'd like to see it.

add 3 820 ohm 3 watt resistors from XI-1,XI-3 and XI-7 to G24. (dover part 9811760)this loads down the contacts to reduce intermittent redundancy failures common on b44 jobs. don't know where your located, is b44 even required in your location? ansi 2000 is similar to b44 with all the redundancy checking. I didn't have a b44 print to verify these are the 3 inputs for the redundancy checking on your job. I think your print should show all the redundant contacts for front doors , rear doors and pressure switch I/o's. the resistors go in parallel with the I/o inputs to ground

my print showed XI-1 as pressure switch and XI-3 as car homing. I agree with indirtwetrust, it would be nice to see your print

found out these resistors should have been factory installed on b44 units built after 96. just wondering if the b44 parameter got enabled by mistake. (after CLC battery failure)XI-3 also was used for MASS MEDICAL OPERATION. I assume your not thyssen which is y ur using freedom tool. The 57 fault is, as u said, generated by XI-3 or RCK input. it should be low when running high when not. the XI-1 and XI-7 failures generate 59 and 62 faults in b44 mode.

Yes the resistor is installed on the XI3 circuit I even replaced it. I am not sure how I can get the electrical drawing posted to view.
