Having an issue with this elevator. 5 stop. Will not answer intermediate car calls in the up direction. Will hit them in the down direction. Calls do register on my IO boards, and the car will do the exact thing, running from the control. Hall calls work as intended.

Any advice? Do have a set of prints but they are pretty trashed and it is only page 1 and 2. Do not have anything on the IO board or call circuitry.

Also need to add that if you are on bottom landing, and hit a car call for an intermediate landing, car goes to top landing.

Sorry, I have nothing for a 2SL-1 unit and it's been years since I looked at one. Last Montgomery I looked at was a star wheel traction.

Montgomery used relay USDR to affect a stop to an intermediate floor. If you place a one floor run, does high speed pick up? Look at what controls your slow down when it comes into the floor.

I'll look in my files and see if I can find something useful for you.

is this an SL Hydro? Do you have a picture of the controller, I am unfamiliar with the designation 2SL.

Thanks for the replies. I was able to get back out and troubleshoot more. Upon arrival had F5 fuse blown.... start pulling wires off (CLU, SS, etc) and found Bad traveling cable. Specifically wires going from SS to CLU.

MUS before was not coming in, which I believe was my original issue, which stemmed from my traveling cable conductors starting to fail.
