Had power problems in building Doors r dead No power to HES coils No power to 20CI 1 thru 6 All Saftey circuits good All fuses n power r good. 110v to 11CI 10 but don't power to 20CI 6 Think board is bad. F2 fuse did not blow which is weird to me What do u guys think ?
Looks like door power comes right off taps of the transformer (PSD1-PSD2) and gets fused and rectified and sent straight to the operator. Did you diode check the rectifier and confirm your voltage to it?
When you say doors are dead, do DO and DC pick but doors don't move? You are only going to read voltage on 20CI-6 if DO and AUD are both picked. And are you saying NDG is picked but you have no voltage to HES? Does the car run on inspection?
If none of the ice cube relays are picking, make sure you have 24vdc at DC6 through the F6 fuse. That 24v regulator on the board is a weak point. If it fails it can just be removed.
