Fellas need some guidance here. Got a 400A that when powered up after a reset is stuck in Boot Mode on the SMLCD. Tried the double reset NVRAM Clear and the shorting of the cap on the ASILOG board. No luck. Will not come out of boot mode. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Sorry I meant GCIO360 BOARD. The only fault on the unit is a 55 fault NoMCR_Com (drive communication). Im trying to remember if on initialization if it'll stay in boot mode if the controller cant communicate with drive. I remember a few years ago I replaced a drive on one of these units and there was something to the boot and software download to initialize the drive. I wish I still had the write up. Ill get in the overhead tomorrow to look at the drive and see whats up. Itd be to easy to put the drive in the actual controller cabinet.
