Having issue with a 6970 on a 21N1CL. This particular operator does not have the potentiometers nor resistors in the box but does have a cam system. Had issue with doors not fully opening. Operator was leaking bad so decided to rebuild. After rebuild still having same issue. While adjusting just can't seem to get any response on the opening check valves. If I violate my safe edge the doors will fully open. But when coming into floor, doors stop approximately 7" from opening. Center opening doors. I have checked capacitors and resister for DO and they appear to check out ok. No binding on doors when disconnected from the operator linkage and when connected to linkage I am able to fully open doors by hand.

There are not too many of these operators around now days I would guess, but hopefully someone has had this issue before.
