Book says not getting hall lock, car gate or door close limit, i know i have all 3. Replaced door board, any thoughts? Not very familiar with these units.

If the computer see's a gate contact, or a door contact, you have to make the close limit inside of 4 seconds. Or if it see's a close limit you have 4 seconds to make up the other two. If not you get a door re-open.

I see them come up in the controller but doors just cycle. I would think i would get a 44 fault more often but i have only seen that once. Doors just keep cycling

Are you picking K7 relay? that looks at safety string, door and gate locks and the door close limit.

BTW, the close limit is achieved through door motor encoder counts.

Yes close limit is a magnet on clutch. Sensor or bottom of door board mount
46 normally is a door lock when you look at the fault the LEDs will match fault code. You can see if exactly what made and what didn't . Almost it is only as smart as what I/o it sees or where voltage was lost.
