Hi guys. I am being told that the Kone mrl’s (Ecospace) does not have a service tool to use on the cpu. Is this true?

Unless you get locked out of LCE menus etc. you do not need a tool. Even if you are locked out you can access menus by booting up LCE with a dongle.
You may also need a configuration key switch if you ever have to program COP for any reason.
