All,

I have a KONE Resolve 100 that is giving me a Start Current Fault. Has anyone ran into this issue. Had DRIVE checked out and it is good. Checked all incoming power as well as connections and Parameters. Any help would be appreciated!!

What fault code and sub code is being generated? Is this an AC or DC unit? What is the LDW %, in menu 5 #1.

the fault code says that the fault was generated to the computer by the 3rd party Drive. It was reported to the MCUYAS board. So very vague as to what is happening.

One other note, the fault was generated because the computer detected a voltage at the motor when it should been at floor level and the run completed. So it may be happening at the end of the run and not the beginning. Not sure though, just something to look at.
